Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Public Relations Officer (PRO)** to join our team in Dubai for **immediate hiring** within the construction sector.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, and confident in handling government-related processes while ensuring smooth coordination for site-based employees and projects.
This role requires someone who is well-organized, knowledgeable about UAE regulations, and committed to supporting workforce operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities (Construction Industry Focus)
- Process all types of employment visas including new employment visas, renewals, cancellations, status changes, and labor card applications for site and office staff.
- Handle work permit issuance, mission visas, and temporary permits for project-based employees.
- Coordinate medical fitness tests, Emirates ID applications, and biometric appointments for employees.
- Manage employee documentation such as passport copies, visa files, labor contracts, and ensure proper record maintenance.
- Follow up on labor approvals, quota applications, and company establishment cards.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes including visa cancellations and clearance documentation.
- Process and follow up on health insurance applications, renewals, and compliance as per UAE laws.
- Support trade license issuance, renewals, and related documentation for company operations.
- Maintain updated knowledge of UAE Labor Law, immigration rules, and construction-related compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely submission and collection of documents to avoid delays.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of PRO experience in the UAE, preferably in the construction industry
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and government systems.
- Experience handling large workforce documentation and site-related compliance
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- **Salary Package:** AED 7,000 – 10,000 (based on experience)
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
