We are hiring a Welfare Manager for immediate joining in Abu Dhabi. ( emirate nationality only ).
Requirements
- UAE experience in employee welfare, camp management, or administration
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle employee concerns and site operations
- Knowledge of accommodation and transportation management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee employee welfare, accommodation, and camp facilities
- Manage transportation arrangements and daily staff support
- Resolve employee issues and maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth daily operations
- Coordinate with HR and site teams for workforce support
- Prepare welfare reports and maintain proper records
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
