Job Description: Accountant And Junior Accountant
The ideal candidate should have UAE experience, sound accounting knowledge, familiarity with project cost allocation, VAT compliance, and hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor proper account management
- Handle accounts payable, ensuring timely processing and proper supporting documentation
- Assist in project-based financial management, including cost tracking and allocation support
- Support monthly cost allocation across projects and departments
- Maintain proper accounting records, schedules, and audit-ready documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for project cost tracking and financial reporting
- Support VAT compliance and VAT return filing
- Record accrual entries and month-end adjustments
- Perform intercompany reconciliations
- Work with Oracle NetSuite for accounting entries, reporting, and financial management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience
- UAE accounting experience is required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and accounting regulations
- Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
