We are currently seeking a highly capable and results-driven **Senior HR & Admin Officer** to join our team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of relevant experience and a strong ability to lead HR and administrative functions effectively.
This role requires someone who can take full ownership of responsibilities, supervise a team, and ensure smooth HR operations while contributing to organizational growth and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the HR & Admin team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in line with company standards.
- Take full ownership of HR operations including workforce planning, employee lifecycle management, and administrative coordination.
- Manage end-to-end **payroll processing** for a large workforce (up to 480 employees), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely WPS (Wages Protection System) transactions.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, providing insights and guiding the team on key performance indicators and operational improvements.
- Design, implement, and update **HR policies and procedures** in line with UAE labor regulations and company objectives.
- Experience in posting jobs on different social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, Indeed.
- Lead **employee engagement and retention initiatives**, enhancing workplace culture and productivity.
- **Monitor and evaluate departmental KPIs** to assess employee performance and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations across departments and projects, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
- **Ensure strong interdepartmental coordination** and maintain professional communication across all levels.
- Address and resolve employee issues effectively while maintaining a fair and compliant approach.
- Ensure compliance with **UAE Labor Law**, Emiratisation requirements, NAFIS participation, and MOHRE inspection standards.
- Lead and support HR projects such as redesigning performance appraisal systems to improve engagement and performance outcomes.
- Utilize HR software systems and advanced Excel tools for data management, reporting, and process improvement.
- Support data analysis and reporting to assist management in strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in HR & Administration within the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in team supervision and payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, WPS, Emiratisation , and HR compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
