Call Center Agent (Healthcare Sector)
About This Role
Job Summary:
Clinica Sabah Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent who is fluent in Arabic and English and has prior experience in the UAE healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing patient experience and ensuring smooth communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
- Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care.
- Maintain and update patient records using CRM systems.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Minimum 1+ year experience in a call center role within UAE clinics or hospitals.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
