Job Summary

Sand Dance Tyres Trading is seeking a highly experienced and customer-focused Senior Call Center Agent to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong customer handling abilities, and a proven background in call center operations within the automotive or service industry.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating appointments, resolving complaints, supporting sales activities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, pricing, and appointments
  • Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with branch teams and service advisors to ensure smooth customer support
  • Follow up with customers regarding service updates and feedback
  • Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in the system
  • Support sales and promotional campaigns through customer communication
  • Achieve call handling targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Assist junior call center staff and support team operations when required
  • Ensure professional communication and company service standards are maintained

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role (Mandatory)
  • Previous experience in automotive, tyre, or service industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
  • Good computer knowledge and experience using CRM systems
  • Strong teamwork and coordination skills
  • High level of professionalism and telephone etiquette
