Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Update customer records and document interactions in the system.
  • Follow company policies, compliance, and call quality standards.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Call Center role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customers professionally under pressure.
  • Good computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Banking experience is an added advantage.
