Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center / Telesales Executive with experience in clinics, or beauty salons.
The candidate should have strong communication skills, sales ability, and experience handling customer inquiries, appointments, and service promotions.
Job description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Promote clinic and beauty lounge services, packages, and offers
- Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
- Convert inquiries into appointments and sales
- Follow up with existing and potential customers
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
- Manage appointment bookings and confirmations
- Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent service
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales, call center, clinic, or beauty lounge industry
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs
- Good customer service and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of beauty, clinic, or healthcare services is an advantage
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Multilingual candidates preferred (Russian and Arabic are a strong advantage)
