Position Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Arabic Bilingual Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions efficiently.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Arabic and English
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
  • Meet individual and team performance targets and KPIs
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult customers professionally
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to work flexible shifts if required

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in customer support or telesales
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Working Conditions

  • Office-based environment
  • Rotational shifts may apply
  • Standard working hours as per company policy
  • Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
