About This Role
We are looking for a dynamic and patient-focused Call Center Agent (CSR) to join our Medical Center .The ideal candidate will handle patient inquiries, manage appointments, and ensure a smooth and positive patient experience both over the phone and at the front desk.
Requirements:
- Bilingual: Fluent in English & Arabic
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center role
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required

- Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about services and appointments.
- Ensure proper follow-up with patients when required.
- Maintain high standards of patient experience and satisfaction.
