Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and patient-focused Call Center Agent (CSR) to join our Medical Center .The ideal candidate will handle patient inquiries, manage appointments, and ensure a smooth and positive patient experience both over the phone and at the front desk.

Requirements

  • **Bilingual: Fluent in English & Arabic**
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center role
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about services and appointments.
  • Ensure proper follow-up with patients when required.
  • Maintain high standards of patient experience and satisfaction.
