About This Role
We are seeking a professional and patient-focused Call Center Agent to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a high standard of customer service while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
- Provide accurate information regarding medical services, departments, and physician availability
- Register new patients and update existing patient information in the system
- Handle patient complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Conduct outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the system
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and patient confidentiality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 02–03 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (healthcare experience is an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM or healthcare systems
