Job Description: Customer Service Supervisor / Call Center Team Lead at Tomyca Solutions Qatar
Tomyca Solutions Qatar is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Supervisor / Call Center Team Lead to enhance our customer support operations. This role is vital in ensuring our team delivers exceptional service and maintains high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the call center and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
- Manage and address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
- Develop training programs to improve staff skills and enhance service quality.
- Analyze call center metrics and report on team performance to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and resolve issues effectively.
Salary:
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from 50 to 100 QAR, depending on experience and qualifications.
