Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
• Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide thorough and accurate responses.
• Identify customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy, ensuring resolutions are met promptly.
• Document all customer interactions, including inquiries and call resolutions, accurately in our system.
• Provide support and assistance for clients regarding product knowledge questions.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines set by the company while on calls.
• Transfer more complex inquiries to relevant departments or higher-level support staff.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Regularly update customer accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Contribute to team meetings with ideas and solutions for improving service processes.
• Participate in training sessions to keep updated with new product and service offerings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as a call center agent or in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear speaking abilities.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using computer software and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
