Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide thorough and accurate responses.
- Identify customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy, ensuring resolutions are met promptly.
- Document all customer interactions, including inquiries and call resolutions, accurately in our system.
- Provide support and assistance for clients regarding product knowledge questions.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines set by the company while on calls.
- Transfer more complex inquiries to relevant departments or higher-level support staff.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Regularly update customer accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Contribute to team meetings with ideas and solutions for improving service processes.
- Participate in training sessions to keep updated with new product and service offerings.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a call center agent or in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear speaking abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using computer software and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
