Provide personalized Butler service and anticipate guest needs at the St. Regis hotel in Doha.
The position is full-time, non-management, and not remote.
Guest service and coordination
- Deliver coffee and tea on request and prepare notes about new arrivals and their preferences for hotel teams.
- Coordinate VIP room preparations with the front desk and check room details against guest expectations.
- Coordinate early-arrival and VIP escorts, attend guest check-in, complete butler flags in local systems, and send pre-arrival emails.
- Coordinate guest requests with Guest Services and Engineering; collect laundry requests, follow up on delivery, and return laundry promptly.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express appreciation.
Standards and general duties
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to a manager; follow company policies and quality standards.
- Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and protection of company assets.
- Communicate professionally, prepare and review documents accurately, use appropriate telephone etiquette, and support team goals.
- Move objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or a full shift.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Preferred qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required; no license or certification is specified.
