About the Role
We are looking for a motivated
IT Technical Sales
professional to join our team.
This is a junior-level role ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in IT sales and business support, combining technical understanding with client-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct
- site visits
- to clients across the North Emirates to support sales activities
- Assist in preparing
- technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and sales documentation
- Coordinate with
- vendors, partners, and internal teams
- to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain and update
- sales pipeline and databases
- Prepare
- sales and marketing materials (presentations, proposals, brochures)
- using design tools
- Prepare regular
- sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards
- Support the sales team in
- lead follow-ups and client communication
- Ensure proper
- documentation and tracking
- of all sales-related activities
- Assist in identifying
- new business opportunities and market insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
- business information systems or related field.
- Must be currently based in the UAE (
Dubai, Sharjah, or Ajman
- )
- **1–3 years of experience**
- in IT sales support or a similar role
- Willingness to travel for
- client site visits within the North Emirates
- Good understanding of
- IT solutions and services
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to confidently
- present and communicate with clients
- Ability to prepare
- professional sales materials using design software
- (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools).
