Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Business Development at our Ajman location.
The role involves driving new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and overseeing client relationships to support the growth and expansion of the company.
Key responsibilities
include preparing business plans, conducting market analysis, identifying sales opportunities, managing key accounts, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Planning and Business Development for B2B expansion
- 15+ Years of Experience
- Prior Start-up experience is a plus
- Team building, Workflows, SOP’s from 0 to 1
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret market data and improve business strategies
- Experience in Sales and Account Management, with proven success in achieving revenue targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proactive and strategically driven, with an aptitude for leadership and decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA from Tier 1 B School is a Must
- Prior experience in retail, lifestyle, or related industries is highly desirable
- Familiarity with regional market trends, particularly within the UAE
