Overview
We are seeking a
visionary and commercially driven Chief Growth Officer
to lead firm-wide growth and revenue strategy across
Audit, Tax, Advisory, Consulting, HR, Risk, Accounting & IT services
.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on expanding market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth across regional and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the firm’s overall growth and revenue strategy
- Drive business development, pipeline creation, and new client acquisition
- Build and manage relationships with C-suite executives, MNCs, family offices & government entities
- Identify and unlock new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities
- Lead cross-selling initiatives across all service lines in collaboration with Partners
- Oversee proposals, pricing strategies, negotiations, and deal closures
- Represent the firm at industry events, forums, and client engagements
- Track and report growth KPIs, revenue performance, and market insights
Required Profile
- 8–10 years of experience in senior business development / growth leadership roles
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience with strong local market network
- Proven track record of acquiring and growing high-value clients (MNCs, family offices, government)
- Strong understanding of professional services (Audit, Tax, Advisory preferred)
- Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation & executive communication skills
- Ability to work with CRM systems, data-driven insights & performance metrics
- MBA is a plus \| Exposure to European & US markets preferred
