  • As a Business Development Manager, you will be a driven individual who thrives working in a fast-paced (relationship-driven) environment.
  • You will drive the acquisition of new clients by reaching out to targeted clients, dealing with incoming enquiries, and using your initiative to open up other sales opportunities.
  • In this role, you will:
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new real estate brokerage clients through a mix of cold calling, networking, industry events and referral networks
  • Alongside the senior BDM, develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to grow our presence in the UAE real estate market
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress through the CRM to conclusion
  • Deliver persuasive product presentations and demos tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth handover to onboarding and customer success teams
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market and our competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with wider PM team to provide client feedback/suggestions and also insight into market sentiment and competitor activity
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate leads
  • Be flexible and assist other teams/departments as the need arises

Requirements

  • A minimum of secondary education. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Valid UAE license required
  • 4 - 5 years of sales experience
  • Excellent knowledge of sales processes
  • Good knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market
  • Ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility to learn new products over time
  • Excellent Phone skills/manner
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive.
  • Pro-active approach
