- As a Business Development Manager, you will be a driven individual who thrives working in a fast-paced (relationship-driven) environment.
- You will drive the acquisition of new clients by reaching out to targeted clients, dealing with incoming enquiries, and using your initiative to open up other sales opportunities.
- In this role, you will:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new real estate brokerage clients through a mix of cold calling, networking, industry events and referral networks
- Alongside the senior BDM, develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to grow our presence in the UAE real estate market
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress through the CRM to conclusion
- Deliver persuasive product presentations and demos tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth handover to onboarding and customer success teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market and our competitive landscape
- Collaborate with wider PM team to provide client feedback/suggestions and also insight into market sentiment and competitor activity
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate leads
- Be flexible and assist other teams/departments as the need arises
Requirements
- A minimum of secondary education. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Valid UAE license required
- 4 - 5 years of sales experience
- Excellent knowledge of sales processes
- Good knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market
- Ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Flexibility to learn new products over time
- Excellent Phone skills/manner
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive.
