Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our commercial and corporate accounts. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong sales acumen and a passion for developing long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across residential, hospitality, healthcare, corporate, and retail sectors

· Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets

· Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements

· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities

· Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery

· Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings

· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management

· Background in services, facilities management, hospitality, logistics, or laundry/dry cleaning is an advantage

· Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

· Ability to work independently and proactively pursue opportunities

· Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

· Valid driver’s license (if field sales role is required)
