We are looking for an experienced
Business Development Manager (BDM)
- with a strong background in the
- Civil Engineering, Surveying, or Geomatics sector
- to expand the global market for the innovative
- ***SICHER Mini Pro***
- protection system.
- ***The ideal candidate should have experience working with:***
- Civil engineering companies
- Surveying equipment distributors
- Total stations, GNSS, and construction technology
- International B2B sales and partnerships
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new distributor and dealer networks worldwide
- Generate B2B leads from the civil engineering and surveying industry
- Build relationships with surveying equipment companies and contractors
- Present and promote the SICHER Mini Pro protection system
- Conduct online meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales and partnership targets
Requirements
- Experience as a BDM, Sales Manager, or Business Development Executive
- Background in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or Construction Technology
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in international B2B sales is preferred
- Knowledge of Total Stations, GNSS, or surveying equipment is a plus
- Fluent English communication
