Overview
This role sits at the intersection of fintech, trading infrastructure, and capital markets.
The platform enables brokerages to expand into fixed income trading—offering intraday, leveraged, and API-driven bond trading capabilities similar to FX and commodities.
You’ll play a key role in building commercial partnerships by introducing brokerages, trading platforms, and fintech firms to a next-generation execution infrastructure.
Role Summary
As an Introducing Broker (IB), you will originate and develop relationships with brokerages, fintech platforms, and trading firms.
Your focus will be on sourcing qualified partners and driving commercial introductions, while the platform handles execution, infrastructure, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and introduce qualified clients (brokerages, fintech platforms, trading firms, regulated venues)
- Present and position the platform’s infrastructure to prospective partners
- Act as the initial commercial point of contact through onboarding
- Maintain ongoing partner relationships and support communication with internal teams
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve go-to-market strategy
- Operate independently while leveraging support from engineering and trading teams
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards
Required Qualifications
- Established network within FX/CFD brokerages, commodities, or fintech trading platforms
- Experience introducing clients to trading venues or liquidity providers
- Strong understanding of brokerage business models and client acquisition
- Proven ability to independently source and close partnerships
Compensation
- Recurring revenue share based on client trading activity

Preferred Experience
- Exposure to platforms such as LMAX, Saxo Bank, XTB, FxPro, IC Markets, Pepperstone, eToro, or similar
- Familiarity with brokerage infrastructure and trading systems
- Understanding of how brokerages monetize trading products
- Technical knowledge is a plus, but not required
