VVouch Accounting Services LLC is a Dubai‑based professional services firm offering accounting, tax, compliance, and corporate advisory solutions to startups, SMEs, and established businesses across the UAE.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Business Development Manager.

The ideal candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions.

Responsibilities

include creating and executing business development strategies, analyzing market trends, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client needs are met.

The role also requires regular reporting on progress toward business goals and maintaining a client-focused approach to grow long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales — Generate leads, build a strong pipeline, conduct meetings and proposals, and achieve monthly/annual revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management — Build long‑term client and partner relationships, understand client needs, recommend service packages, and ensure smooth on-boarding.
  • Service Promotion — Promote our full suite of services including accounting & bookkeeping, VAT & corporate tax, compliance/AML, and company formation services.
  • Market Strategy — Identify new market opportunities, conduct research, and represent the firm at networking events and industry forums.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of business development or sales experience in the UAE
  • Mandatory experience in Dubai and strong knowledge of the Dubai market
  • Experience working with an accounting firm or corporate services provider
  • Proven track record selling accounting, tax, consultancy, or company formation services
  • Strong understanding of UAE regulatory and business environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Existing network of SME or startup clients in Dubai/UAE
  • Experience selling VAT, corporate tax, accounting, or business setup services
