Role Description
Business Development Manager is expected to drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and managing new business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, and developing strategies to expand market reach.
To combine strategic planning, sales, and relationship management to achieve company goals.
Requirements
- Fluent in
- Arabic and English
(mandatory)
- Valid
- UAE driving licence
(mandatory)
- Minimum
- 5 years of business development or sales experience
- in the UAE
- Prior experience in the
- real estate, architecture, interior design, construction, architectural visualization, or architectural scale model industry
- **Strong network with developers, architects, consultants, design firms, and real estate companies**
- **Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and secure new business**
- **Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills**
- **Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently**
- **Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field preferred**
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business opportunities across the UAE real estate and design sectors
- Build relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Identify upcoming projects and convert opportunities into sales
- Conduct client presentations and proposal discussions
- Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts
- Achieve revenue and growth targets
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales forecasts
