About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales / Business Development Executive to join the growing team of our sister company in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with business development and customer relationship skills to drive sales growth, manage client accounts, and support technical and commercial activities across the business.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support
- Handle tendering activities (online & manual)
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for pricing and technical requirements
- Support project coordination and customer requirements
- Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events
- Prepare monthly sales and activity reports
- Maintain proper documentation and customer records
- Support team collaboration and training initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or any related technical or commercial field. Relevant industry experience may compensate for academic specialization.
- Experience in technical sales/business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and customer accounts
- Bilingual – fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- UAE market experience is preferred
Sales Target
The role includes achieving business development and sales objectives aligned with company growth plans.
