Key Responsibilities

  • **Client Advisory:**
  • Acts as a trusted advisor for investors and entrepreneurs, recommending jurisdictions (Mainland vs.
  • Freezone vs.
  • DIFC) and guiding them on ownership structures and regulatory requirements.

  • **Jurisdiction Expertise:**
  • Requires in-depth knowledge of UAE Mainland, major Freezones (e.g., IFZA, DMCC, Meydan), and complex DIFC structures like holding companies and family offices.

  • **DIFC & Family Structuring:**
  • Manages DIFC holding structures and guides High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) on asset protection, succession planning, and family wealth structuring.

  • **Setup Management:**
  • Oversees the entire company formation lifecycle, coordinating with internal PRO, banking, tax, and compliance teams to ensure smooth licensing and documentation.

  • **Banking & Compliance:**
  • Assists clients with corporate bank account openings and ensures readiness for KYC/AML due diligence.

  • **Sales Contribution:**
  • Converts leads through consultative selling and upselling additional services such as accounting, tax, and audit.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • **Experience:**
  • A minimum of 5 years in UAE business setup consultancy.

  • **Technical Knowledge:**
  • Deep understanding of UAE Mainland/Freezone licensing, DIFC regulations, UAE Corporate Tax, and regulatory frameworks.

  • Proven experience dealing with international investors and HNIs, with a track record of closing high-value deals.
