Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth across our ERP and SaaS product portfolio in the UAE market.

The role involves B2B sales, lead generation, client meetings, solution selling, and closing deals across multiple industries including SMEs, gyms, salons, and service-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the UAE market
  • Conduct cold outreach, networking, and client visits
  • Promote and sell Odoo ERP and SaaS solutions (We Tarseel, Gym Flow, Salon Flow)
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for onboarding

Required Skills & Experience

  • Must have valid UAE residence visa (own visa preferred)
  • Proven experience in B2B sales (ERP, SaaS, IT services, or software solutions preferred)
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, networking, and closing deals
  • Experience in selling ERP systems (Odoo or similar) is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of SaaS or digital products is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
