Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and Employee Administration.
  • Strong experience managing payroll, employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance processes.
  • Experience coordinating employment documentation, work permits, employee mobility, and related administrative processes.
  • Experience managing employee benefits and insurance administration.
  • Solid knowledge of labour regulations, payroll compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Experience preparing HR reports, workforce analytics, and management dashboards.

Compliance & Employee Administration

  • Coordinate employment-related documentation, work authorization processes, employee records, and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and ensure compliance with applicable labour regulations and company policies.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, employee benefits administration, and payroll processes.
  • Monitor key deadlines and maintain compliance-related records.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working within the GCC region is an advantage.
  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms such as Zoho People, Bayzat, BambooHR, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems is preferred.
