The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle.
From identifying new opportunities to closing deals and managing key accounts, you will be at the center of our growth strategy.
This is a senior role with direct impact on the company's revenue and direction.
What You Will Be Doing
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across UAE and MENA
- Build and manage a strong client pipeline from the ground up
- Lead pitches, proposals, and high-value contract negotiations
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
- Report revenue performance and pipeline updates to senior leadership
Who We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or key account management
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Experience in digital marketing or an agency environment is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, MBA is a plus
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a strong advantage
