Business Development Manager – FinTech
About This Role
We are hiring a UAE-based Business Development Manager – FinTech with proven experience in FinTech / payment solutions sales.
The role is to develop B2B business and sell POS payment terminals, Android payment devices, and cash handling machines to payment companies, PSPs, acquirers, banks, and FinTech partners in the UAE.

Job Description
- Develop B2B sales with payment companies, PSPs, acquirers, banks, and FinTech partners.
- Sell POS payment terminals, Android payment devices, and cash handling machines.
- Build client relationships, follow up leads, and close deals.
- Prepare offers and report sales pipeline to management.
Requirements
- Proven UAE B2B sales experience in FinTech / payment solutions.
- Experience selling POS terminals, payment devices, or banking/payment technology.
- Existing network with PSPs, acquirers, banks, payment companies, or FinTech partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
