Medhaj Project Management Services LLC is seeking a proactive and results-driven
Business Development Manager
to support business growth across the UAE market.
The role involves identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation in sectors such as infrastructure, power, and project management consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential leads
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and client pitches
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in
- business development / sales / client acquisition
- Background in
- infrastructure, EPC, construction, or engineering services
(preferred)
- Valid
- UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Own
- car
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Familiarity with the
- UAE market
