Business Development Executive (Riyadh, KSA)

Role overview

What you’ll do

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and drive new business growth across Riyadh.
• Reach decision-makers through phone, email, and social outreach; respond to qualified inbound leads and build a pipeline.
• Own prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
• Understand partner goals and position Fresha solutions to support business needs and growth.
• Coordinate internally for a smooth partner experience and share customer and market insights.
• Build trusted commercial relationships and support partners’ growth.
• Promote product adoption, payments conversion, upselling, cross-selling, and marketplace performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Product teams and provide feedback.

What Fresha is looking for

• At least one year of B2B sales experience and a proven record of delivering results.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is described as mandatory in one section and desired in another.
• SaaS, online marketplace, or payment-platform experience is highly desirable.
• Relationship-building, opportunity creation, organization, prioritization, curiosity, and continuous learning are emphasized.
