Business Development Executive role focused on growing Fresha's presence in Qatar.
The role turns salons, barbershops, spas, and clinics into Fresha partners.
The position combines onsite work with field sales.
What you'll do
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and drive new business growth across Qatar.
- Contact decision-makers by phone, email, and social outreach; respond to qualified inbound leads and build a pipeline.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through demonstrations, negotiation, and close.
- Discover partner needs and position Fresha solutions to support their business and identify growth opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to deliver a smooth partner experience and share customer and market insights.
- Build strong partner relationships and support partners as a trusted commercial contact.
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience and a proven record of delivering results.
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is desired.
- Able to build relationships, develop opportunities, and convert prospects into long-term partners.
- Organized and able to prioritize time and manage multiple sales opportunities.
- Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to improve.
