Business Development Executive (Jeddah, KSA)

Role Overview

What You'll Do

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, driving new business growth across the KSA market.
• Proactively engage key decision-makers through phone, email and social outreach and respond quickly to qualified inbound leads.
• Own the full sales process from prospecting and qualification through product demos, negotiation and close.
• Understand each partner's needs and goals through discovery and needs analysis, positioning the right Fresha solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth partner experience and share market insights.
• Become a trusted commercial point of contact for partners, building strong relationships and supporting their growth.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of consistently delivering results.
• Experience within SaaS, online marketplaces or payment platforms is highly desirable.
• Natural hunter who enjoys building relationships, creating new opportunities and turning prospects into long-term partners.
• Manage multiple opportunities effectively, prioritising time and staying organised throughout the sales cycle.
• Curious mindset, always looking to learn, develop skills and find new ways to improve.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is desired.

Workplace

• This role is 5 days/week in the office to foster in-person interaction and teamwork.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory for this role.
