Hiring a sales professional with UAE logistics experience to grow freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and 3PL business.
The role emphasizes business development and building a client network in the UAE logistics market.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business across freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and 3PL services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients; conduct meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
- Manage sales pipelines, CRM records, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with operations teams to support smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitors; achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Proven UAE experience in logistics sales.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, or 3PL services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–7,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
