We are currently building our commercial team and looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive who can actively generate leads, approach clients, build relationships, and help grow the company from the ground up.
Role Description
We are seeking a driven and confident Business Development Executive with strong communication and sales abilities to identify new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and generate revenue within the marine and yachting sector.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, presentable, commercially minded, and comfortable meeting clients, visiting marinas, approaching yacht owners, property managers, and hospitality businesses.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys field sales, networking, relationship-building, and growing a premium service brand.
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within:
- Yacht owners and operators
- Marinas
- Marine service providers
- Waterfront property management companies
- Hospitality and tourism sectors
- Luxury lifestyle businesses
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into contracts
- Develop partnerships and referral networks
Market Expansion
- Research market trends and competitor activities
- Identify new service opportunities and target markets
- Assist management in developing sales strategies and pricing structures
- Support brand positioning and market visibility
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with clients
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handle client inquiries professionally and promptly
Marketing & Networking
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings
- Assist in managing LinkedIn outreach and business networking activities
- Support social media and promotional initiatives when required
Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities
- Prepare weekly sales and pipeline reports
- Track KPIs and revenue targets
Mandatory Qualifications
- Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- UAE driving license is a Must.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional appearance and client-facing confidence
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
- Proficiency in developing and executing strategic business plans.
Experience
