Role Overview
The GRC Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and cybersecurity services, including PCI DSS, ISO certifications, SWIFT CSP, and related offerings.
The role combines sales, client relationship management, and pre-sales coordination to support end-to-end deal conversion.
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, generate, and maintain a strong pipeline of GRC and cybersecurity opportunities across target sectors (banking, fintech, government, enterprise).
- Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts.
- Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation → proposal → negotiation → deal closure.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and KPIs.
Client Engagement
- Engage with CIOs, CISOs, Compliance Heads, and senior stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and map them to GRC solutions and services.
- Position Ejabi InfoSec’s value proposition as a trusted GRC advisory partner.
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
- Work closely with technical teams to: Scope client requirements, prepare proposals, SOWs, and pricing and deliver solution presentations and service demos
- Support RFP/RFQ responses and tender submissions.
Partnership & Channel Development
- Build and manage relationships with partners, resellers, and referral channels.
- Collaborate with partners to generate joint opportunities and co-sell solutions.
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM (e.g., Zoho).
- Track opportunities, activities, and conversion rates.
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on: GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, etc.) and regulatory trends in GCC and Middle East.
- Identify new market opportunities and service offerings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 3–7+ years in cybersecurity/GRC sales or business development proven track record in selling services such as: PCI DSS / PCI programs, ISO certifications, Risk assessments and compliance consulting
- Strong network in UAE/GCC market preferred

- Experience in proposal writing and deal structuring
- CRM proficiency (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)

Optional
