The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to help grow the agency by generating new clients across the UAE market.

This is a hands-on sales and growth role focused on:

  • Lead generation
  • Outbound sales
  • Client acquisition
  • Relationship building
  • Closing monthly retainer agreements

The ideal candidate is confident, organised, target-driven, and capable of finding opportunities independently through multiple channels including:

  • Cold calling
  • LinkedIn outreach
  • Networking events
  • Email campaigns
  • WhatsApp outreach
  • Referrals
  • Site visits
  • Partnerships
  • Social media prospecting

This role is ideal for someone hungry to grow financially with a strong commission structure and long-term progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business leads daily
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Arrange and attend client meetings
  • Pitch digital marketing and branding services to potential clients
  • Develop relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Maintain CRM and daily activity reporting
  • Follow up consistently with prospects
  • Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to prepare proposals
  • Achieve monthly sales and meeting targets
  • Identify new industries and market opportunities for agency growth

KPI Expectations

  • Daily outbound outreach activity
  • Weekly qualified meetings booked
  • Monthly sales targets
  • Pipeline growth and CRM management
  • Conversion of leads into retained clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers
  • Self-motivated and target-driven personality
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong organisation and follow-up skills
  • UAE market experience is preferred
  • Experience in digital marketing, advertising, branding, or web development sales is a strong advantage
  • UAE driving licence is preferred

Compensation

  • Base Salary: AED 5,000 per month
