Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and highly motivated Business Development Associate who are passionate about business development, relationship management, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should enjoy speaking with people, building networks, and creating long-term business opportunities.
Your primary responsibility will be to connect with real estate stakeholders, agencies, and industry professionals through various communication channels and introduce them to the related BSO services. You will be responsible for creating strong professional relationships, conducting presentations and demos, managing client accounts, and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
This role is perfect for someone who is confident, target-driven, persuasive, and highly motivated to contribute towards business growth and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and build strategic relationships with real estate stakeholders and industry professionals.
· Conduct online and phone-based product presentations and demos.
· Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
· Manage and support high volume client accounts.
· Identify new business opportunities and partnership possibilities.
· Generate leads and maintain a healthy business pipeline.
· Follow up consistently and maintain strong engagement with potential and existing clients.
· Request referrals and expand business connections through networking.
· Cross-sell additional real estate and business services offered by BSO.
· Achieve weekly and monthly business development and conversion targets.
· Maintain proper CRM updates and communication records.
· Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
· Contribute actively towards overall business growth and expansion initiatives.
Requirements
· Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a strong advantage
· Passion for sales, partnerships, and business development
· Highly energetic, confident, and persuasive personality
· Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
· Ability to engage with a high number of clients and stakeholders daily
· Goal-oriented with a strong hunger for growth and conversions
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Freshers are welcome to apply
· Previous experience in telesales, real estate, client relations, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory
· Candidates should have their own visa or sponsored visa in mainland UAE (freelance/spouse/parent visa preferred)
