THE ROLE

Open conversations with senior decision-makers from your network. Position FalconBridge as a thinking partner, not a vendor. Convert the right conversations into engagements.

You will not be working a cold list. You will not be feeding a CRM. You will be doing what a trusted operator does, bringing the right firm to the right person at the right moment and getting paid handsomely when you do.

WHO YOU SELL TO

Decision-makers under pressure to commit:

· Founders navigating growth, transition or exit

· Executives carrying strategic accountability

· Investors evaluating opportunities under time constraint

· Boards making decisions that will be defended publicly

Typical moments

Entering a new market, pre-acquisition diligence, restructuring under pressure, capital allocation with incomplete information.

They are not buying information. They are buying clarity and confidence in the decision they are about to make.

THE ECONOMICS

Commission only

· up to 20% of sale value per closed engagement

· Uncapped earnings, scales with origination

If you can convert relationships into meetings and meetings into mandates, the math compounds quickly.

WHO YOU ALREADY ARE

You operate in rooms where senior people decide. You have an existing network of founders, CEOs, investors, board members, who would take your call.

You have done business development at a level where credibility, not pitch volume, is the variable that matters. You understand how senior people evaluate, hesitate and commit. You back yourself commercially. You work autonomously and don't need a manager or a marketing engine to perform.

GEOGRAPHY

We are global. There is a strong preference for established GCC relationships, especially in the UAE, KSA and the wider Gulf countries.

However, there are no geographic limits. Only your access limits.
