Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with strong knowledge of IT Applications, Databases, IT Infrastructure, and Enterprise Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and presentations for Time & Attendance Systems, HRMS solutions, Access Control, and other IT-related solutions across the UAE market.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, strong UAE market exposure, and the ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations for:
• Time & Attendance Systems
• HRMS Solutions
• Access Control Systems
• Visitor Management Systems
• IT Infrastructure Solutions
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, and system integrators.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with project and technical teams during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of current market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Attend exhibitions, networking events, and client visits across the UAE.

Technical Knowledge Required

Candidate should have good understanding of:

• IT Applications & Enterprise Software
• SQL Database / MS SQL Server basics
• IT Infrastructure concepts
• Networking fundamentals
• Cloud and server environment basics
• Biometric devices and attendance systems
• Integration concepts with ERP/HRMS systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Experience in IT Solutions, Time Attendance, HRMS, or Infrastructure sales preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience dealing with corporate clients in UAE.
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or HRMS integrations is an advantage.
• Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
