Role overview
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
The role includes business documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and identifying process improvement opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Analyze and model As-Is and To-Be business processes and identify improvements.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.
- Work closely with stakeholders, developers, QA, and Product Owners.
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile/Scrum reviews.
- Support UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in BPMN business process modeling.
- Strong skills in user stories, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and process modeling tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certification is a plus.
