Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather business requirements, analyze business processes, and translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
The role includes preparing business documentation, developing user stories and acceptance criteria, and identifying process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Analyze and model As-Is and To-Be business processes and identify improvements.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
- Prepare and maintain business and functional documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.
- Work closely with stakeholders, developers, QA, and Product Owners.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Support UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in business process modeling using BPMN.
- Strong skills in user stories, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and process modeling tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certification is a plus.
