Responsibilities
- Analyze client portfolios, sales-coverage effectiveness, revenue performance, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Improve sales-coverage models, client-management processes, and operating frameworks.
- Gather and validate business requirements, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to efficiency and relationship management.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Corporate Banking, Product, IT, Data, and Transformation stakeholders.
- Support process-enhancement implementation in line with banking policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, IT, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Banking, Strategy, Transformation, or Operating Model initiatives; the experience header separately states 12+ years.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and process improvement.
- Exposure to Corporate, Institutional, Wholesale, or Transaction Banking.
- Understanding of client coverage models, relationship management, revenue analytics, and cross-selling performance.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Visio, Figma, and data-visualization tools.
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma certifications are advantageous.
Candidate profile
Preferred profile is a banking Business Analyst experienced in business transformation, client coverage, operating-model design, and data-driven business improvement.
