- Telecom domain experience.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor workflows, data loads, and file arrivals.
- Resolve failures and recover jobs quickly.
- Lead client calls during incidents; share status updates and root cause analysis reports.
- Support releases and maintenance.
Other requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Strong communication skills.
- Availability for shift and on-call support.
Good to have
- Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
- Managed File Transfer.
- SAP BusinessObjects and Qlik Sense.
