Role overview

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients, assess skin and beauty concerns, and recommend suitable treatments within licensed scope.
• Perform laser hair reduction, facials, deep cleansing, hydrating treatments, and other approved beauty services.
• Operate aesthetic equipment according to manufacturer instructions and DHA requirements.
• Explain treatment procedures, expected results, possible reactions, and aftercare.
• Keep consultation, consent, treatment, and progress records; monitor patients and address concerns.
• Maintain hygiene, sterilization, infection-control, and patient-safety standards; prepare treatment rooms.
• Clean and maintain equipment, and report servicing needs.
• Build patient relationships, follow up on progress, and recommend suitable treatment packages and approved skincare products.
• Support clinic promotions, patient retention, and package sales; work with the clinical and reception teams.

Requirements

• Valid DHA licence or DHA eligibility as a Beauty Therapist and Laser Hair Reduction Technician.
• At least two years of relevant experience in a medical aesthetic, dermatology, laser, or beauty clinic.
• Practical experience with laser hair reduction and professional facial treatments.
• Knowledge of skin types, contraindications, hygiene, and aftercare.
• Arabic is mandatory; good English communication skills are required.
• Strong consultation, patient-care, and interpersonal abilities; able to recommend treatment plans and products.
• Professional presentation, attention to detail, patient-safety commitment, and confidentiality.
• Able to work independently and with a clinical team; currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately or at short notice.

Compensation

• Salary is AED 8,000–9,000 per month.

Workplace and employment

• Full-time, in-person role at the Jumeirah 3, Dubai clinic.
