Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose vehicle electrical issues using diagnostic tools and repair wiring, lighting, sensors, control modules, and other components.
- Test and replace batteries; dispose of old batteries in accordance with environmental regulations.
- Inspect and repair alternators, starters, charging systems, lighting, and ignition systems.
- Repair electronic systems and vehicle communication networks, including power windows, locks, and entertainment systems.
- Inspect and repair safety-related electrical systems such as airbags and ABS.
- Coordinate with other technicians, communicate findings and recommendations, and address customer concerns and repair costs.
- Maintain detailed repair records and complete electronic and paper service reports promptly.
- Stay current with automotive electrical technology through training and workshops.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certification or relevant training in automotive electrical systems.
- Proven automotive workshop experience as an Auto Electrician; UAE-market experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with electrical diagnostic tools and strong knowledge of vehicle electrical components and systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with workshop safety standards and practices.
Pay
- Pay is AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
