Job objective
Manage customer modification requests through reception, product explanation, quotation, ordering, installation follow-up, delivery, and after-sales follow-up.
Drive modification-parts sales penetration and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Receive showroom and walk-in customers, explain and recommend modification parts, handle online inquiries, and communicate with key accounts.
- Manage quotations, order placement, installation scheduling, delivery confirmation, and after-sales follow-up.
- Coordinate with sales, after-sales, procurement, and warehouse teams and track orders in the system.
- Maintain the showroom modification-area display, price tags, and demo vehicle updates.
- Support sales penetration and profit-margin targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Essential requirements
- English fluency is mandatory.
- Ability to manage full-cycle customer coordination and coordinate multiple departments to ensure execution.
- Familiarity with automotive modification parts or ability to learn product knowledge quickly.
Preferred qualifications
- Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience in an authorized 4S dealership or formal manufacturer training is preferred.
Working hours and overtime
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed due to time-sensitive modification requests.
- Overtime and weekend work is compensated with time off in lieu.
Performance indicators and commission
Performance indicators include customer needs confirmation, order accuracy, installation and delivery completion, customer satisfaction, sales revenue, and showroom and demo vehicle updates.
Commission is based on modification-parts sales performance; salary adjustment follows quarterly performance review.
Compensation
- Pay is stated as AED 6,000 to AED 6,100 per month.

- Work location is in person.
