Accessories Specialist

Role objective

Customer service and sales

• Receive showroom and walk-in customers and handle online inquiries.
• Explain and recommend modification parts, participate in negotiations, and communicate with key accounts.
• Confirm customer needs and translate them into clear product and service requirements.
• Drive parts sales penetration, profit-margin targets, and customer satisfaction.

Order coordination and systems

• Manage quotations, orders, installation scheduling, delivery confirmation, and after-sales follow-up.
• Coordinate with sales, after-sales, installation technicians, procurement, warehouse, logistics, finance, and IT.
• Track orders in systems and maintain accurate data; most work involves system-based data tracking.

Products and inventory

• Manage showroom displays, price tags, and demo-vehicle updates.
• Analyze product structure and identify fast- and slow-moving products.
• Support fast-moving stock turnover and clear slow-moving products through bundles and package deals.

Essential requirements

• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Able to coordinate customer needs across departments and ensure follow-through.
• Vehicle-modification experience or a strong passion for vehicle modification is required.
• Strong computer skills, system-based data tracking ability, and numerical sensitivity are required.
• Able to analyze product portfolios in real time; demonstrates ownership and tolerance for business pressure.

Preferred qualifications

• Arabic is an advantage.
• Authorized 4S dealership experience or formal manufacturer training is preferred.

Pay and performance

• Pay is AED 6,000–6,100 per month, with commission based on modification-parts sales performance.
• Salary adjustment follows quarterly performance review.
• Performance indicators include needs-confirmation completion, order accuracy, installation scheduling and delivery confirmation, customer satisfaction, sales revenue, and showroom/demo updates.
