Responsibilities
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot vehicle electrical faults and repair wiring, lighting, sensors, control modules, batteries, charging systems, and ignition systems.
- Diagnose and repair electronic systems, vehicle communication networks, and safety systems such as airbags and ABS.
- Replace faulty components, bulbs, fuses, and wiring; dispose of old batteries according to environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with other technicians, communicate diagnostic findings and recommendations, and explain repairs and costs to customers.
- Keep accurate diagnostic and repair records and complete electronic and paper service reports promptly.
- Stay informed about automotive electrical advances and attend training sessions or workshops.
Qualifications and experience
- Certification or relevant training in automotive electrical systems.
- Proven experience as an Auto Electrician in an automotive workshop; UAE market experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with electrical diagnostic tools and strong knowledge of vehicle electrical components and systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with workshop safety standards and practices.
Pay
- AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
