The role oversees on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
The position connects engineering designs with physical execution and manages subcontractors, materials, field clashes, safety, schedule, and building-code compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC ductwork, chillers, VRF units, air handling units, fire sprinklers, and ventilation installation.
- Oversee electrical containment, cable pulling, distribution board terminations, lighting layouts, CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems.
- Coordinate daily work for MEP subcontractors and trade labor.
- Conduct site inspections against quality benchmarks, approved shop drawings, and DEWA, ADDC, and Civil Defense requirements.
- Manage specialized subcontractors, verify materials, troubleshoot field clashes, and support safe and timely delivery of MEP systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 8 to 12 years of on-site construction experience.
- Proven experience handling integrated MEP scopes on residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
